Recent Form

AC Milan

Recent form in all competition (last five matches): DWWLL

After such positive run in early 2019, Rossoneri starting to stumble recently. Milan suffered two straight defeats, from Inter Milan and just this weekend against Sampdoria.

Rossoneri need to get their act back again before things get troublesome for them. Playing at home, Milan will be hoping their fans support can help them this midweek.

Udinese

Recent form in all competition (last five matches) :WWLLW

Bianconeri haven’t been to consistent recently winning three and losing two of their last five fixtures. Fortunately, Igor Tudor’s men managed to win their recent league match.

Playing at home this past weekend, Udinese got an important result by defeating Genoa 2-0. Tudor is hoping that his side can take home at least a point from San Siro.

Team News

AC Milan

Rossoneri have a relatively healthy squad to pick with Giacomo Bonaventura being the only confirmed absentee. Ricardo Rodriguez’s condition is in doubt after picking up a muscle issue this weekend.

Franck Kessie and Lucas Paqueta could both return into the starting line up after being left on the bench last weekend. Milan are also hoping that Krysztof Piatek will get back in the score sheet.

Udinese

Tudor have a pretty injury free squad though there are some names who are not 100%. Antonin Barak, Marco D’Alessandro along with Bram Nuytink are all doubtful for the midweek match.

Rodrigo De Paul remain Bianconeri’s main threat as he will once again show case his talent. De Paul and Pusseto are set to support Stefano Okaka up front for Udinese.

Head to Head Records:

The last five meetings between both teams have surprisingly been quite even with each teams winning two games and drawing one.

Their latest match up at San Siro happened on September 17, 2017, which was won by Milan with a 2-1 score line.

Match Prediction

Suffering two surprising defeats, Milan found themselves in trouble again. Gattusso’s men put themselves in trouble as they must start winning again on midweek.

Udinese will try their best to take advantage over Milan’s recent poor results. However, a spirited and focused Rossoneri team should be able to get their winning run back on track.

Final Score: 2-0
