Sadio Mane nets twice as Liverpool thrash Cardiff 4-1 at Anfield



Mohamed Salah opened scores for Liverpool as Sadio Mane’s brace in the 66th and 87th minute alongside, Xherdan Shaqiri goal on the 84th minute, helped the Reds thrash Cardiff City 4-1 on Saturday, October 27, to go top of the Premier League log. Cardiff’s Callum Paterson reduced the tally on the 77th minute with 13 the remaining on the clock failing to produce more goals. On the 52 minute Cardiff nearly scored from a training-ground free-kick routine after Morrison at the back post nodded the ball across for Bamba to bundle over the line, but the offside flag had gone up against the Bluebirds captain.

Klopp made his first change on the 62 minute after Shaqiri replaced Lallana, who enjoyed starting a league game at Anfield for the first time in 18 months.
